The
church of Barningham Winter is situated within the grounds of Barningham
Hall, Norfolk. Parts of the church are in ruins. Inside the church is
a framed hand-written record of all those who served including Rank and
Regiment. One soldier, Frank Dack, is reported to have been killed in
action.

in action Sunday 29 August 1915. Age 26. Son of William George and
Martha Jane Dack, of 16, Sharrington, Melton Constable. Commemorated:
LONE PINE MEMORIAL, Turkey. Column 10. Frank Dack attended Gresham
School, Norfolk and went to Australia when he was 22. He lived in
