The memorial is to be found in St Tudno’s graveyard and is accessed by stone steps from the road. It takes the form of an obelisk of smooth granite set on a square stone plinth with incised lettering on the plinth. The plinth surmounts a two-stepped stone base and shows badges of the Royal Welsh Fusiliers and Denbighshire Hussars with a floral design on the base.
