BRADFORD	Amos	Rfm. 3^rd Bt. Rifle Brigade, d 23/10/1914, age 22, commemorated: PLOEGSTEERT MEMORIAL, Comines-Warneton, Hainaut, Belgium. Son of Mrs. Ada Marsh, of Ley Rd., Stetchworth, Newmarket.
CARLTON	Bert	Pte. 2^nd Bt. Suffolk Reg., d 20/7/1916, age 33, commemorated: THIEPVAL MEMORIAL, Somme, France. Son of Frederick and Kate Carlton, of Stetchworth, Newmarket, Cambs.
CATES	William Henry	Pte. 1^st/5^th Bt. Norfolk Reg., d 2/11/1917, age 29, commemorated: JERUSALEM MEMORIAL, Israel. Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Cates, of High St., Stetchworth, Newmarket.
CLAYDON	William	Private 4532, 1st Battalion, Cambridgeshire Regiment. Died of wounds on Friday, 22nd September 1916. Enlisted Cambridge. Buried in MESNIL COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION, Somme, France.
CLAYDON	Edward Amos	Pte. 49601, 6^th Bt. Northamptonshire Reg., killed in action 18/9/1918, commemorated: VIS-EN-ARTOIS MEMORIAL, Pas de Calais, France. Born Dullingham, enlisted Cambridge.
COWDRAY	SJ	possibly SIDNEY JOHN COWDREY Lance Serjeant 320379, 5th Bn.Suffolk Regiment who died on Tuesday 6th November 1917. Age 24. Son of George and Agnes Ellen Cowdrey, of Bracklands, Chickerell, Weymouth. Native of Drayton, Berks. Enlisted Woodbridge. Formerly 3262, Suffolk Yeomanry. Buried in BEERSHEBA WAR CEMETERY Israel
COOPER	John William	Private 13900, 7th Battalion, Suffolk Regiment. Killed in action Thursday 9th August 1917. Born Stetchworth, enlisted Newmarket. Commemorated on ARRAS MEMORIALPas de Calais, France. Bay 4.
