The Chaceley war memorial is to be found outside Chaceley St John the Baptishs Church. It takes the form of a cross mounted on column, set on plinth, and mounted on a two-step base. The arms of the cross finished in shape of Fleur De Lys with the arms joined by circle. There are four names listed. Within the church is a further Roll of Honour listing all the men who served. This page is made up of the names on the memorial and on the Roll of Honour, those who died are identified with a poppy.

BULLOCK	Leonard [James]	Lance Corporal 12648, 9thh (Service) Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment. Died in Salonika 9 May 1916. Aged 23. Born Chaceley, enlisted Twekesbury. Son of Christopher and Ellen Bullock, of Chaceley, Tewkesbury, Glos. Birth registered in the April to June Quarter 1894 in the Tewkesbury Registration District. No known grave. Commemorated on DOIRAN MEMORIAL, Greece.
DAVIS	Alfred	Private, Royal Army Medical Corps.
HAWKER	Albert	Private 7486, 1st Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment. A Reservist. Killed in action 9 May 1915 in France & Flanders. Born Chaceley, enlisted Tewkesbury. No known grave. Commemorated on LE TOURET MEMORIAL, Pas de Caalis, France. Panel 17.
JACKSON	William	Private, Durham Light Infantry. Served in France and Italy
LEWIS	Albert [John]	Private 27309, Depot, Worcestershire Regiment. Died in Norton Barracks 18 March 1918. Aged 26. Born Eldersfield, enlists Upton-on-Severn, resident Twekesbury. Buried south-east of the church in CHACELEY (ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST) CHURCHYARD, Gloucestershire.

TURNER	Ronald	Second Lieutenant, 1st/5th Battalion (Territorial), Essex Regiment. Killed in action 15 August 1915. Aged 30. Son of the Rev. Robert Stobbs Turner (late Vicar of Tirley, Tewkesbury) and Catharine Mary Turner, of Hillend House, Chaceley, Tewkesbury, Glos. Enlisted Aug., 1914, with Artists' Rifles. B.A. Queen's College, Cambridge. Amateur International and Football Blue. No known grave. Commemorated on LE TOURET MEMORIAL, HELLES MEMORIAL, Turkey (including Gallipoli). Panel 144 to 150 or 229 to 233.
