the families and friends of
Newton and Haceby
as a
memorial to
the men who fell in the Great War 1914 – 1919.
To
whose memory the churchyard cross is erected by the parishioners
in honour of God incarnate.

Regiment. Killed in action 9th May 1915, aged 18 years. Son of Matthew

and resident Haceby, Lincs. Commemorated PLOESTTEERT MEMORIAL. Panel
