The
memorial takes the form of a marble plaque in the entrance porch of
St Margaret's Church. It was unveiled on 30th January 1921 by Lord Somerleyton,
recorded in the East Anglian Daily Times 5th February 1921. The memorial
contains 12 names for World War 1 listed by surname, forename, rank
and Regiment, there is one name for World War 2. There is also a Roll
of Honour in the church listing those who served including those who
died. The names here have been sorted into alphabetical order for ease
of research and reading.
