Compiled and copyright © Kim Andrews 2010

The memorial is in the form of a Portland stone cross mounted on an octagonal, York stone, two stepped base found in the churchyard of St Peter and St Paul Church. There are 18 names listed for World War 1 and 4 for World War 2. The Mr E C Green was the Mason for the memorial which was unveiled by Brigadier-General J A Coxhead 20th March 1921; the monies were raised by public subscription. Details of the memorial appeared in the South West Suffolk Echo 26th March 1921. In addition within the church are two scrolls one being a Roll of Men connected with Kedington who served 1914-1919 (124 names) and the other being a Prayer List for those who were serving during World War 2 which has a start year of 1939 but the end year is 194-. Both list have been transcribed; the World War 2 list has been sorted into name order within service for ease of reading.
