Son of Charles Clifford Barrow and Alice Barrow, of 4, Russell Terrace, Denton, Newhaven, Sussex. No known grave. Commemorated on TOWER HILL MEMORIAL, London.

There is a wooden hymn board in the church to which a metal plaque has been attached which says: This board was made by Frederick William Barrow in the year 1913, the 13th year of his age, and presented to this church at Easter in the same year.
