9 February 1918. Aged 35. Son of Colonel J.G. and Mrs Louise Uppleby

from the disbanded 12th Battalion, the previous day and killed when
his billet was hit by a shell in the Rue Bataille. Included on Malvern
College War Memorial. Buried in Croix Du Bac British Cemetery. |
